Room Service Manager

Responsibilities:

To greet guest, delivering the order in the room and inform them of specials and promotional menu,
Ensures to exceed revenue budgets, through up-selling within his/her own outlet,
To lead an effective service team including recruiting, training and development, supervision and performance management in order to ensure clients’ satisfaction and adherence to service standards,
Prepare staff schedule and job descriptions according to structure and outlet operations,
To identify training needs, plan training activities and oversee their implementation for all outlet sections according to Kempinski standards,
To control usage of all food and beverage items and appropriate usage of equipment, tools and service equipment,
To ensure that the outlet is managed efficiently according to the established Department’s Standard Operating Procedure Manual,
To prepare the schedules staff accordingly whilst controlling labor costs and overtime payment.

Competencies:

University degree or minimum of a two year university education, preferably a Hotel/Restaurant degree,
From three years in F&B Department or two years’ experience in same capacity in a restaurant of 5 star hotels,
Fluent Russian, Fluent English,
Interested in career development within the hotel and Kempinski company,
Excellent communication skills,
Customer service oriented,
Enthusiastic and pleasant personalit,
Friendly and caring attitude, courteous,
For this position Russian citizenship and residence is obligatory
